I surprised myself by holding a plank for two minutes
I set a timer and tried to beat my record each day. My core feels stronger and my back is better. What goals do you set for yourself in home workouts?

But why settle for adding ten seconds when you could double your time in a week? Those tiny increases seem safe, but they don't light a FIRE under you. Sticking to just planks until you hit five minutes builds REAL discipline. Mixing in other exercises just spreads your effort too thin. Sometimes boring is GOOD because it teaches you to grind through the tough parts.

Two minutes is solid, man. I focus on small increases, like adding ten seconds to my plank time each week. It keeps things from feeling impossible when you're tired after work. Mixing in different exercises, like push-ups or squats, stops me from getting bored.
