My dad's old percolator outlived three electric brewers
Cleaning out his garage last week I found a dented aluminum percolator from the 70s. It still works perfect after 50 years. Meanwhile I've burned through three $40 electric coffee makers in the last decade. Makes me wonder if we overcomplicate things just to sell more stuff. Anyone else got vintage gear that keeps surprising you?
