I thought the paper towel trick for my Aeropress filter was total nonsense
Last month I read on some forum that you should rinse your paper filter with hot water before pressing, and I figured it was just one more silly step that would not change a thing. After 2 weeks of doing it, my cup went from tasting kind of papery and flat to way cleaner, and now I actually notice it when I skip the rinse. Does anyone else have a tiny step like this that sounds dumb but actually works?
