Thought grease-cutting sprays were a scam until a diner cook in Amarillo handed me one
I always figured those spray-on grease cutters were just watered down soap in a fancy bottle. Then a short order cook in Amarillo sprayed one on a cold grill at 2am and wiped a week of baked on grease off with one paper towel. Am I the only one who was sleeping on these, or does someone have a brand that is actually just overpriced water?

Sounds like that cook used a degreaser, not a plain grease cutter spray, since soap doesn't touch cold baked-on grease.
