Warning: Don't trust those rebuilt injectors from the budget parts house
Put a set of reman injectors in a 6.0 Powerstroke last Tuesday. Fourth one started knocking on the test drive. Pulled it back apart and found the pintle was loose in the bore. 3 hours of labor down the drain because I wanted to save the customer $400. Anyone else had a bad run with rebuilt injectors lately?

Switched to Bosch reman injectors about a year ago after getting burned twice by cheap ones. First set I put in a 6.0 had a dead hole right out of the box. Customer came back pissed, had to redo it on my dime. Now I just eat the extra cost up front and tell people the cheap ones are a gamble. Losin 3 hours of labor for a $400 savings ain't worth it in my book.
