Noticed a big shift in injector quality over the last 5 years
I used to replace injectors on mid-2000s Cummins engines every 80k miles, but now the newer Bosch injectors on 2018+ trucks are going 200k without a hiccup in my fleet work out of Tulsa - anyone else seeing this jump in reliability?

Yeah I've been seeing the same thing with Bosch stuff on our fleet. We had a 2019 Ram 3500 that went 230k before one injector started acting up, and the rest still tested fine. Meanwhile I'm still pulling the old Cummins injectors out of a 2007 at 90k and they're shot. The new steel tips seem to handle the low sulfur fuel way better than those old ones did.
