Just swapped the old injectors on a 6.0 Powerstroke and the difference is wild

My buddy's truck was running rough and blowing white smoke for months. We finally put in a set of remanufactured injectors last weekend. After the swap, the idle smoothed out completely and the smoke cleared up in about 20 minutes of running. It's like a different engine now. Has anyone else had an injector job make that big of a change that fast?

Wow, I always figured injector swaps were a slow fix. Seeing that smoke clear up that fast totally changed my mind. It really shows how bad a single part can mess everything up.

Yeah, that "single part can mess everything up" line is so true. I read a forum post where a guy had similar smoke issues and it was just one clogged injector the whole time. Crazy how such a small thing makes a big difference.
