Injector cup cracked on an older Cummins ISX this morning

Had a 2012 Kenworth come in with a rough idle and white smoke. Ran the diagnostics and everything pointed to injector 5. Pulled the injector and found the cup had a hairline crack right where it seats. That coolant leak into the cylinder was causing all the drama. Took me about 3 hours to pull the head and replace the cup kit. Anyone else run into cracked cups on the early ISX models or just me?

At least it gave you an excuse to play with the head gasket.

Right, because nothing says 'fun Saturday' like scraping old gasket material off a block for three hours while covered in coolant.
