Hot take: That old timer in Phoenix who fixed my injector pump with a hammer
I was stuck on a job in Phoenix last summer, and this retired mechanic walks over, taps the pump twice with a ball peen, and it fired right up. He said 'sometimes you just gotta remind the metal who's boss.' Anyone else got a weird trick like that that actually works?
