Shoutout to the fishing hole in Stardew Valley, I picked it over the mine and it saved my whole save file
Two winters back I had to choose between grinding the Skull Cavern for iridium or just sitting at the mountain lake fishing all season, and I went with the lake at level 10 fishing. Got 4 iridium bands and a treasure chest full of diamonds without swinging a single sword, plus my farm got that cozy snowed-in look I keep screenshotting. Downside is I never got the slime charmer ring so my barn is a mess, but honestly the lake at sunset in winter is worth it. Anybody else skip combat entirely for a season just to fish and take pics?
