Was reminded today why I love doing this work

I had a client last week, an older woman about 75, who came in for a simple trim. She told me she hadn't felt pretty since her husband passed away two years ago. I gave her a soft layered cut and some volume and she started crying happy tears in my chair. It was in a small town outside Nashville where I work part time. Those moments make up for the tough days with difficult customers. Anyone else have a client moment that really stuck with you?
