Warning: the $60 hooded dryer I bought for perms beats the $400 one at the salon
Used the cheap plastic one on a client's spiral perm last month at my chair in Boise and her curls set tighter with way less frizz than my fancy salon model ever got, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has ditched the expensive equipment for the drugstore version and never looked back?
