Walked into a salon on 5th Ave in Denver and saw the same towels from 3 years ago
I was in there for a consult and noticed the stylist pulling towels with frayed edges and bleached out spots. She told me the owner refuses to replace them because "they still soak up water." We charge $65 for a cut but hand clients towels that look like they came from a garage sale, and that shapes how people see the whole shop.
