That one client who asked for 'just a trim' took off 6 inches

Last Tuesday a lady sat in my chair, handed me a picture of shoulder-length hair, and told me to take off just the dead ends. When I finished she freaked out saying I cut off way too much, but I literally followed the picture she gave me. Anyone else have clients who bring reference photos that don't match what they actually want?

Wait, did she actually bring a picture of shoulder-length hair and then get mad when you cut it to shoulder length? My friend had a similar thing happen at her salon, the lady brought in a photo of a bob but kept saying "just a little off" the whole time, then cried when it actually looked like the picture.
