Spent $90 on a brand filter set, got 3 uses out of it

Bought this fancy airbrush foundation kit at the beauty supply off Sunset Blvd last spring, thought it would be a game changer for my kit. Used it twice on clients and once on myself, the compressor just stopped working right. The liquid foundation splattered everywhere too. Anyone else grab those influencer hyped tools and regret dumping cash into them?

Used to think those influencer kits were mostly hype but figured the price meant quality. Then my sister bought the same foundation setup and the little air hose blew out on the third job. Watching her cuss at a pile of expensive plastic changed my mind real quick. These brands know people will buy the dream once and never ask for a refund. Now I just tell people to get a decent drugstore pump and call it a day.
