It's a good sign when they finally ask for help with skincare. I told my brother to start with a basic moisturizer that has SPF for daytime use. Men often prefer products that are easy to use and don't feel heavy. I suggested he apply it after showering while his skin is still damp. Once he got used to that, he was open to trying a thicker cream at night. The main thing is to encourage them without making it complicated.
