My $200 shears got a tiny chip from a client's hairspray buildup
It happened last week on a client who uses that super-hold aerosol kind... I had to send them out for a professional sharpening, which took 3 days. Anyone have a good daily spray cleaner they trust to prevent this?

Ouch, that's the worst feeling. That aerosol gunk is brutal on edges. I just use a basic alcohol spray and a microfiber cloth between clients.

Yeah, and that stuff gets into the air vents too. Makes the whole room smell like chemical fruit for a week.
