Hot take: the salon on my street in Portland still hand-writes appointment cards, and I kind of love it
Stopped in last week to say hi to the owner and noticed she has a little wooden box of index cards instead of any booking software. She said she's been doing it that way for 22 years and only double-books about once a month. Am I crazy for thinking about copying her for my own booth, or has anyone tried cards and gone running back to an app?
