Glitter cleanup hack with cheap packing tape

Had a client walk out with glitter fallout all over my station last Friday, tried every wipe and brush I own. Turns out pressing wide packing tape over the surface lifts it in one pass, even gets it out of my matte black chair seams. Any other tricks for getting pigment out of textured surfaces without scrubbing for an hour?
