TIL from a guy at the Cheyenne library that reading the whole post before replying fixes half of my bad advice
I used to skim a question and jump straight to an answer, and 6 months ago someone here pointed out I had replied to a mom asking about a school bus schedule with advice about a bus route in a totally different town. It stung because they were right, so now I read the full post twice and check the details before I type anything. What is the one habit that keeps you from giving advice to the wrong situation?
