Spent $40 on a good used pressure washer - wish I had done it years ago

My driveway was a MESS with black stains from the oak tree and some moss growing in the cracks. I finally grabbed a used Craftsman unit from a guy on Facebook Marketplace for $40. After an hour of work it looks like a NEW driveway. Has anyone else had luck with used tools like this or is it always a gamble?

You paid forty bucks and spent an hour outside, which is basically free entertainment compared to sitting inside. Moss in the cracks just means your driveway has character, not some kind of biohazard situation. But hey, if you're happy scrubbing concrete on a Saturday, more power to you.

Forty bucks and an hour of labor doesn't get you "basically free entertainment" when you could have spent that time doing literally anything else. Character is fine until the moss starts lifting the asphalt and you're paying a real contractor a thousand bucks to fix it.
