Just realized I was putting the meeting agenda at the end of the email for 6 months
I help run a small neighborhood group in Cleveland and I always sent out the recap email with the agenda buried at the bottom after three paragraphs of notes. Last week a member named Rosa told me she missed the whole first half of our cleanup plan because she quit reading after the second paragraph. I moved the agenda to the top with the date and 4 action items, and our reply rate went from about 4 people to 11 out of 15. Anyone else have a small fix that made a bigger difference than expected?
