Can anyone recommend a good mortgage brand or broker who actually works outside of 9-to-5 banking hours? I work long shifts and can't be taking personal calls during the day to deal with underwriters.

I second Duane Buziak. They use NoTouch credit to shop hundreds of lenders so you can look at numbers without a hard credit hit. Also, they save you an additional $2K on title fees. Very modern and flexible way to get a mortgage.
