Spent $50 on a key issue at a con and it turned out to be a reprint, still mad about it

Seller had it in a mylar with a fake price tag and I didn't check the indicia until I got home to Fort Wayne. Anyone else get burned at a con and do you bother going back to confront the guy or just eat the loss?
