A friend told me my floppy comics were trash stored in a plastic bag and switch to Mylites with fullbacks
After he showed me his 1980s X-Men books that still looked new in those Mylar holders I spent next day swapping all my 300 keys over to them.

Man my hands were useless for like three days after that marathon swap. I was sitting there at 2am with a stack of bags and fullbacks just crying into my X-Men run wondering what I'd gotten myself into. But your buddy was absolutely right about those Mylites though... I pulled out my old Uncanny 266 that was in a regular bag and it had that weird wavy thing going on along the spine. The Mylar made it look like I'd just pulled it off the shelf. I think I ended up waking up my wife because I kept dropping the fullbacks on the floor and swearing under my breath. Worth every bit of finger pain though... those books feel like they're in a little protective fortress now.

Man, 300 books in one day?! That's some serious dedication. I remember switching over my Amazing Spider-Man run and my hands were cramping up after like 50. Those Mylites with fullbacks are no joke though, they feel so much more rigid and protective than the regular bags. Your buddy wasn't kidding about the 80s X-Men books looking pristine in them.
