Tried cold brew concentrate from a local shop in Portland and it finally clicked for me

I was super skeptical about paying $12 for a bottle of cold brew when I could just make drip coffee at home. But after a week of 90 degree mornings here in Portland, I gave in and grabbed a bottle from Happy Cup Coffee. The smoothness was insane no bitterness at all. Has anyone else found a cold brew that converted them from being a drip-only person?

90 degree mornings here in Portland" wait hold on. We hit 90 in Portland? I live two blocks from a Happy Cup and I swear it hasn't cracked 80 yet this year. Are you sure that wasn't just a hot second in June? Anyway, I get the cold brew conversion. I was the same way until I tried their vanilla oat milk one on a whim. Now I can't go back to drip without feeling like I'm punishing myself. It's like drinking coffee that decided to be nice for once.

That vanilla oat milk cold brew from Happy Cup is the exact one that got me too... $12 felt like a lot until I tasted it and realized I'd been drinking angry coffee my whole life.
