The morning my Chemex exploded on me
Last Tuesday I was making my usual pour over in the kitchen. 6:30 AM, half awake. I heated the water to 200 like always. Poured it over the grounds and then I heard a crack. The whole Chemex split right down the middle. Hot coffee and grounds went all over the counter and onto the floor. I just stood there in shock for a second. Ended up grabbing a paper towel to soak it up and had to switch to a Mr. Coffee I haven't touched since 2019. Has anyone else had a glass brewer just give up on them like that?

My sad Mr. Coffee days were worse than the explosion honestly.
