Hit 500 single origin bags sold from my little roastery last month
Ngl, I started roasting coffee in my garage two years ago just for fun and hit 500 bags sold last month. It surprised me because I never thought people would actually pay for my batches over the big brands. Has anyone else reached a random milestone that caught them off guard?

Haven't you noticed how everyone's always chasing the next big thing instead of making the most of what they've got? I'm still on my garage setup, honestly. There's something nice about having a simple routine that works, you know? I see people all the time swapping gear every six months and they never really get comfortable with it. The best roasts I've had came from sticking with the same old setup and learning its little quirks.
