Hit 200 different coffee roasters tried on my spreadsheet last month

I only started tracking when I got into single-origin beans about three years ago and somehow I'm already past 200 roasters from 15 countries, has anyone else's casual hobby suddenly turned into a list-keeping obsession?

That's an awful lot of coffee to be working through, and I'm with @brian_kelly91 on the freezer situation - you're probably not even tasting half of them properly before they go stale. Maybe tracking 200 roasters just means you're buying faster than you can actually drink it.

Started the same way about two years ago and now I'm at 140 roasters from 11 countries. It's wild how fast it adds up once you start ordering from different regions and trying small batch places. My freezer is basically a coffee archive at this point with all the bags I haven't finished.
