Burnt out on my third pour-over this month, grinder settings are mocking me
My burr grinder slipped its calibration twice in the last 2 weeks and my morning cup went from balanced to bitter chalk. I reset it with the old dime trick but now the fines are all over the place. Has anyone else had luck with a specific dial-in routine after a gear slips like that?
