Warning: Those cheap meal prep containers on Amazon warped in my dishwasher after 2 uses

I bought a 24 pack of those clear plastic containers for like $15 because I was trying to save money on meal prep. First wash in the top rack and half of them came out twisted. The lids don't seal right anymore and my lunch leaked all over my bag yesterday. Guess you really do get what you pay for. Anyone found a decent container brand that won't break the bank but actually survives the dishwasher?

Guess you really do get what you pay for" - yeah no kidding. I bought the same cheap 24 pack and my lids all popped off like they were trying to escape. I actually had one container come out of the dishwasher looking like a melted Salvador Dali painting, it was that warped. I just gave up and started using regular Pyrex bowls with the plastic lids, those survive the dishwasher fine and they're like $10 for a set at Target.

Dude that melted Dali painting image is hilarious and tragic at the same time lol. I had the exact same thing happen with a cheap 12 pack from Amazon, one of the lids literally cracked in half when I tried to close it after the first wash. It's like companies just rush out the cheapest plastic they can find and hope nobody uses it more than once. The Pyrex bowls with plastic lids are a godsend though, I grabbed a set at Walmart last month and they've been through the dishwasher like 20 times without any issues. Honestly just makes me mad I wasted money on that other junk first.
