My $30 cast iron skillet beats my $200 nonstick set
Everyone raves about nonstick pans, but mine started peeling after 8 months and I replaced it twice. I bought a Lodge skillet for $30 at Walmart, and after 3 weeks of regular use it's slicker than the expensive stuff ever was. Anybody else ditch their fancy cookware for the cheap cast iron route?
