DAE get annoyed when people act like you need fancy cuts of meat to make a decent meal?

I saw a recipe video yesterday that called a $15 pack of chicken breasts 'budget friendly' and honestly, who are they even cooking for?

Man, that "budget friendly" label on a $15 pack of chicken got me. My budget must be from a different planet. I once tried to make a fancy recipe and just ended up eating beans on toast for a week to pay for it. Some of the best meals I've ever had were just whatever was cheap and on sale, thrown together with some spices. It feels like a lot of cooking stuff online is for people who think a grocery bill is a fun little challenge, not a real thing you have to make work.

Right, like eric_thompson said, cheap stuff with good spices is the real move.
