Burnt my beans at a church potluck and learned something
I was trying to impress everyone with my homemade chili at our church potluck in Dayton last Sunday, but I got distracted talking to Pastor Mike and left the beans on high for 45 minutes. The whole bottom of my $12 thrift store pot got this black crust that tasted like a campfire that went wrong. Has anyone else had a potluck disaster that made you change up your whole cooking routine?
