It stalled for so long, I almost named it and gave it a bed. My family ate cold beans while we waited.

John's got a point about brisket being a full time commitment. Are we really tracking imaginary meat vacations now? Seems like a lot of effort for a joke that probably ends with "the beach" or something obvious.

Sounds like a setup for a bad joke... Honestly brisket never leaves my smoker long enough to vacation.
