My buddy's brisket advice proved me wrong last Saturday

I always thought wrapping in butcher paper was overrated, but my friend Mike insisted I try it at his pit in Tulsa, and the bark stayed way better than my foil method. Has anyone else had a similar flip on technique after watching someone else's cook?
