My phone charger was sucking power even when idle
I always left my charger plugged in after use. My power bill seemed too high for my small place. I read about phantom energy drain and checked mine. It was drawing power even with no phone attached. Unplugging it now is part of my routine, and my bill dropped.

So what about game consoles or TVs on standby. My old Xbox was a total power hog even when "off". Do you guys check those big items too, or just the small stuff like chargers?
