Just realized I've read 127 issues of one comic run without noticing until I counted today

I was reorganizing my longbox and casually added up the numbers on the spines and it hit me that I've been following this writer for over a hundred stories without even thinking about it, has anyone else accidentally tracked a milestone like that?

I mean it's wild how our brains just track that stuff subconsciously, like 127 is a pretty specific number so maybe you were keeping a mental tally without realizing it. It makes me wonder if there's some kind of collector instinct where we naturally log these things even when we're not trying to. Maybe that's why it's so satisfying to finally put a number to it.

I bet your brain has been quietly keeping a spreadsheet this whole time while you were busy living your life. It's like your subconscious is a creepy little accountant who gets excited when you finally notice his work. Honestly, it's kind of impressive and also a little bit unsettling.
