Five hundred days tracking water? That's a LOT of effort for something your body just kinda does naturally. Maybe you just noticed being thirsty more often because you're constantly thinking about it.

Man that is a serious streak, respect for sticking with it. @fiona130 I get what you're saying about it being a lot of effort but some of us need that push to even remember to drink water in the first place. I started tracking mine after I got a kidney stone last year and it changed everything for me. The weird part was how my skin cleared up and my headaches just stopped happening. What did you notice that felt so off?
