I set up one of those new agent frameworks to sort my email drafts last month, and the first version only did fake replies. By day 9 it was tagging invoices, flagging follow-ups, and even roughing out replies that only needed small edits. What made the difference was feeding it real examples instead of generic prompts. Has anyone else seen a sharp jump once you gave the model actual work samples?
