I let an AI assistant book my cleaning last Tuesday and it actually nailed it, but then it stopped answering when I needed to reschedule. Turns out it was a trial bot that expired after the first task. Anyone else run into these one-job AI tools that vanish right when you need them again?

Everything's becoming a one-and-done deal now, these temporary tools just burn out after the first win. It's like how every app tries to be a personal assistant but bails the second you need actual follow-through. We're getting used to expecting nothing after the first good interaction, which says a lot about how disposable most of this stuff really is.
