Shoutout to the AI tool that cut my customer email replies from 15 minutes to 2

I manage a small online shop and used to spend hours typing out refund and shipping questions. Then 3 months ago I tried a ChatGPT plugin that drafts replies based on order history. Has anyone else seen a big time save from something like that, or do you still prefer writing everything yourself?

Honestly, are you sure that plugin is actually reading the order history right? I've seen a few of those tools mess up refund amounts because they grabbed the wrong order total.
