My GPT-4 query crashed my whole dashboard after I pushed a loop without a break condition

Last Tuesday I accidentally wrote an infinite loop into a custom GPT action and it locked up my entire automation pipeline for 6 hours before I caught it firefighting in the logs. Has anyone else had a rogue agent break more than just one single tool?

Wait is this actually a huge deal though? I've gotten stuck in loops before and it just froze one chatbot, not my whole system.
