My AI editor went from hot garbage to decent in like 3 months
I used ChatGPT to rewrite a boring email back in February and it turned it into a weird poem with bullet points about my cat (which I don't even have). Fast forward to last week I ran the same kind of email through version 4 and it actually sounded professional and kept my tone intact. Has anyone else noticed that huge jump in quality or am I just getting better at typing prompts?

Pretty sure the AI just learned how to bullshit better.

It's not just the AI getting better, it's us getting used to making it work. Think about Google search too. Back in like 2005 you had to type some weird code to find anything. Now you just say "best tacos near me" and it KNOWS what you want. Same with GPS. Remember when you had to punch in the exact street address? Now you say "take me to the store" and it figures out the rest. These tools train US just as much as we train them. We learn the shortcuts and the right words to say. And yeah the AI does learn to bullshit better like max said, but that's kind of the whole point. We both got better at talking to each other.
