I picked the $20/month AI plan over the free one and my side gig doubled in 6 weeks
Six weeks ago I was picking between sticking with the free tier of an AI writing tool or paying $20 a month for the pro one, and I went with the paid option. I run a small Etsy shop out of my apartment in Tucson selling hand painted signs, and writing listings was eating up my whole Sunday morning. The free version kept giving me the same boring phrases over and over, but the paid one let me feed it 3 of my past listings so it actually sounded like me. Now I pump out 12 listings in about 40 minutes instead of 3 hours, and my shop views went from like 80 a week to 190. Last month I pulled in $640 vs the $310 I did in January, so the 20 bucks paid for itself fast. Has anyone else found that the paid tiers are actually worth it for small stuff like this, or am I just lucky?
