Hit 100 cleanings scheduled through one AI booking tool and I keep waiting for the catch
I run a small house cleaning business and back in March I finally set up an AI scheduling assistant that talks to clients over text and books jobs on its own. I figured it would maybe save me a few calls a week, but by Friday it had booked my 100th cleaning without me touching my phone once, and I sat in my truck staring at the dashboard for a solid minute. The weird part is it caught two repeat clients who always cancel last minute and quietly stopped offering them my prime Saturday slots. My revenue is up about $400 a month and I still don't fully understand how it decides who gets the good times. For the folks here who use AI tools for small business stuff, do you actually trust the decisions it makes or do you check behind it every night?
