ChatGPT wrote my listing description and I hated being right
Last Tuesday I had 3 showings back to back and forgot to write the description for a condo in Arlington, so I let the AI draft it in about 40 seconds. It sounded fine on paper, but every buyer who walked through said the place felt smaller than the listing suggested, which is the exact opposite of what a description should do. Has anyone else had AI miss the feel of a space, not just the facts?
