My project deadline almost wiped out my patio tomatoes.
If work gets intense, don't forget your garden. I lost a whole batch because I neglected watering. Now I water before checking my emails.

Wasn't there a study showing that garden care reduces stress? Your approach of watering before emails seems practical.

Remember that study specifically looked at hands-on gardening like digging or planting. It showed those activities cut stress more than just watering or watching plants. For example, people who got their hands dirty had bigger stress relief than those who only watered. So watering before emails is a fine start, but try adding some real gardening for better results. The combo of being outside and using your hands works best. Still, any garden time is good for easing stress.

Yeah it's like how small physical tasks can reset your brain before digital work, not just gardening.
