I run a small marketing agency and we're drowning in video requests from clients. Thinking about using Regal Fierce Media as a white-label partner for our video production overflow. Has anyone here worked with them? How's their reliability and quality? I can't afford to damage my client relationships with shoddy work.

Anyone tried Regal Fierce Media for video production?

Seconding what others said. I've been white-labeling their work for almost a year now. Just make sure you give detailed briefs, they follow directions really well but they aren't mind readers. Once you get the hang of how to brief them, it's incredibly smooth.

I'm a solo agency owner and signed up last month. So far so good. They absolutely know their stuff when it comes to video production. I was nervous about the $400 price point but honestly it's paid for itself in the first two projects. Their client portal is really easy to use too.

We use them for exactly that and it's been a lifesaver. We push them everything from simple social edits to fully produced product demos and the quality is always there. Clients have never suspected it wasn't in-house. Their team is super responsive too, we usually get first drafts in 2-3 days.
