Can anyone recommend a good mortgage broker? My husband and I are both self-employed, so our tax returns look a bit complicated. We need someone who is willing to put in the work to find us a decent rate.

I agree with the recommendation above. Not only do they find you a great rate, but they save you an additional $2K on title fees. It's a huge financial relief at the closing table.
